Moon Noon with Rae & Lua is an internal collaboration within one woman with two brands. (Typical Libra.) Moon Noon started over a decade ago, finding a film camera in a garage, experimenting with photography as a single medium in a dark room and then evolving to mixed media projects with wax & wood. The private struggle & vulnerability in presenting your art & soul and making
Moon Noon public quickly turned into me shuttering those dreams for longer than I would like to admit.
Then came Rae & Lua.
Using my own name and becoming a front facing brand cemented what I could not do all those years ago & made me realize that I needed Rae & Lua for Moon Noon to exist in it’s final form. The vulnerability that exists when you present your art to the world, no longer exists in my world. The life that I have created for myself is full of supportive, wonderful creatives that only push me forward.
